Dylan is a recent graduate of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, where he studied Finance and graduated with honors. During his time at Tech, he was actively involved in leadership, serving as secretary for his fraternity, BYX. He also held a leadership role on the executive team of Greek Cru, where he mentored younger students and helped strengthen community within Greek life.

He has previously gained professional experience through internships in the aerospace, government, and defense sector. While in Roanoke, Dylan is working with Metis Risk on the account management team, helping streamline processes in a fast-growing company.

With interests in financial planning and analysis as well as strategic consulting, Dylan is eager to grow in skill and character, using this year to develop as a leader while preparing for an exciting career ahead. Outside the office, he’s an avid endurance athlete who loves being active through running, biking, and time in the mountains.
